MY ROLE AT CHURCH ON THE HILL

I wear many different hats here at the church! I am the Director of LIFETrack- our church's discipleship vision. My role is to help people discover their God-given life purpose and how they can live it out at Church on the Hill and in every area of their life. I also help with various special projects and many random tasks as they come along!

MY FAMILY

I have been married to my incredibly supportive and patient husband, Kirk, since 2005. We have the three most awesome kids ever created- Landon, Lydia, and Levi.

MY BACKGROUND

I grew up here in McMinnville and have actually been a member at Church on the Hill since 1997. I participated in the youth group here during my teen years, then went off to George Fox University and Oregon State University to complete my Interdisciplinary Bachelors in Merchandise Management, Marketing, and Interior Design in 2006. I was blessed to get to stay home with my kiddos for 9 years before the Lord placed the call of pastoral ministry on my life and activated it here at Church on the Hill in 2015. I also did photography for about 8 years on the side which was a fun creative outlet during those years at home!

MY DREAM VACATION WOULD BE

An extended tour of Europe hitting Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, and Finland.

SOME OF MY HOBBIES ARE

I love photography- both shooting and editing, decorating and design, worship jam sessions on the guitar or piano (armature level!), and finding DIY projects for other people to make for me, ha!

MY FAVORITE TV SHOW

Chuck, Friends, Friday Night Lights, 24, This Is Us, Blue Bloods, Designated Survivor... (Netflix anyone?)

MY FAVORITE BOOK IS

There are a plethora of great Christian life books I've read that have influenced my life greatly, but just for pleasure reading is probably God of Kinds series by Lynn Austin and Mark of the Lion series and Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers.

MY MOST REWARDING ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK IS

I love spending  relaxing days with my family when we are able to focus and delight in one another without distractions or stress.
