Project Overview From the City of McMinnville: The NW Hill Road Improvements Project is the largest of the five Capital Improvement Projects identified within the Transportation Bond approved by voters in 2014. This project will construct widening and other improvements between NW 2nd Street and NW Baker Creek Road including: wider travel lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks, turn lanes, landscaping, street lighting, drainage improvements, and improved roadway geometry. The "S-curves" at Fox Ridge Road will be softened, and roundabouts will be constructed at Hill Road's intersections with Baker Creek Road and Wallace Road. The project is expected to be substantially complete by November 31, 2018.
