Middle School Summer Camp! Each year all incoming 6th-8th grade students will have the opportunity to go to Camp Tadmor. Camp is August 1-6- $315

Camp Facts:

• Elligible Campers:   Incomming 6th-8th graders.  Invite your friends, camp is open to everyone.
• Camp Dates:           August 1st - August 6th
• Camp Location:      Camp Tadmor  (Camp Tadmor Website)
• Camp Cost:            $315.00 ($50 deposit required at registration, $10 Cash discount)

Two Ways to Register!

In Person:

You can register in person in the office during normal office hours.  If you register in the office during normal office hours and pay cash or check, you will receive a $10 cash discount off the balance of camp registration, making the total cost of camp only $305.  Please note, that youth staff will not accept any payments directly, and registration is not to be placed in the offering or mailed.

Or Online:

You can now register online, pay the entire camp registration or pay only your deposit upon registration and pay the balance by the due date.

IMPORTANT:  After paying your registration fee online or in the office, your must complete the 2 forms located under the registration link to finish your registration process.  Download each form, complete them, return it by email, fax, US Postal Mail, or in person to the Church Office.  Please do NOT deliver forms to Pastor Dale or youth staff directly.

BEFORE USING OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION READ THIS:  If you have not already created your online profile, you must click on "Create Account" when asked to log in.  Then use the "Add Person" link to add at LEAST the people in your household you are registering.  It will serve you best in the future to add all persons in your household to the system.  Then you can proceed to registration.

Other Important Information:

• There is a mandatory pre-camp meeting for all parents on Sunday July 11th 2010 @ 12:15pm in the gym.
• You can download the “What to Pack List & Tadmor Info Sheet” here.
• If you have only paid the deposit, the remainder of the fee is due by July 24th, 2010.  You will be able to pay the remainder in the office or request the payment be applied to your balance online.
• Deposits are not refundable, the balance of camp registration fees are not refundable after July 24th, 2010.
• Remember, cabin choices made on this registration are preliminary and subject to change, as it may be necessary to move cabin assignments to accommodate other situations.

How to pay your balance:  You can not use the registration link to pay off a registration balance.  When you are ready to pay off your balance, you may visit the Church office, mail in your payment, or if you originally paid online by credit card you may click here to use the Event Registration Follow-up contact form to make the payment on the same card you originally paid your deposit with online.  Please do not give payments directly to youth staff or place payments in the offering.  Thank you.
